SahlaVisionArt is a London based curatorial organisation and Community Interest Company led by curator and director Sahla Trew. We develop contemporary exhibitions, creative learning programmes and public events that use art as a way to explore urgent social themes, amplify underrepresented voices and bring people into meaningful conversation.

At the heart of our work is exhibition making. We create artist led projects that respond to identity, culture, conflict, perception and the pressures shaping everyday life. Our exhibitions are designed to feel relevant, ambitious and accessible, connecting artists, communities and wider audiences through thoughtful curation and strong public engagement.

Alongside our exhibitions, SahlaVisionArt is expanding its educational and workshop based offer. This includes school programmes, youth engagement activity, talks, reflective workshops and creative sessions that support young people and communities to engage with complex ideas in ways that feel open, honest and accessible. Our educational work builds on the same ethos as our exhibitions by using creativity as a tool for reflection, discussion and greater understanding.

From 2026 onwards, SahlaVisionArt will deliver a structured annual programme of quarterly exhibitions, alongside a growing strand of educational and community based activity. This model allows us to remain exhibition focused while also creating wider access points for schools, young people, emerging artists and community partners.

Rooted in South East London and open to wider perspectives, SahlaVisionArt is building a platform where art, education and public dialogue can meet. We believe exhibitions should not only be seen, but felt, discussed and carried into the wider world.
